My vision for my hair salon has not wavered since the idea of ownership came to fruition. The glamorous side appealed to me, of course; additionally, I knew I wanted a place where people felt at home. After twenty years dedicated to the same neighborhood, I see my idea not only realized, but on a far grander scale.
Yes, image is important, and the ability to help people look and feel their best is a gift I am thankful for each and every day. However, the greatest gift is the honor bestowed upon us by those who allow us to be part of some of the most important moments in their lives.
Flawless Image has been a host to generations of births, first hair cuts, proms, and weddings only to be blessed again as the cycle repeats itself. My hope for our future is to continue to provide the excellence of service people have come to expect from Flawless Image and to continue to watch our family grow.
I was surprised when I began counting my years of service, and realized I was quickly moving through my 25th year in this amazing industry. From San Jacinto College for my initial training, to the blessing of studying under some of the most creative minds of our time, I have witnessed the technical excellence of Vidal Sassoon as well as the innovative style of Toni and Guy.
Education continues to be at the forefront of my mind and has led me to multiple certifications, and a specialization, in both hair cutting and color. Do I believe the way a person looks is the most important thing? No. However, I do believe that if you like the way that person looks that is staring back at you in the mirror, then the problems we all face through out our days become a little easier.
